Terms & Conditions

1. Admission

  • A valid ticket is required for entry to the venue.
  • Children under the age of 6 enter free of charge when accompanied by an adult holding a valid ticket.
  • Guests aged 6 years and above require a valid ticket for entry.
  • Emirates Our Home reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe or disruptive.

2. Family & Child Access

  • Emirates Our Home is a family-friendly venue.
  • Guests under the age of 21 may only access and remain within designated family-friendly areas of the venue.
  • Guests under the age of 21 are not permitted to enter restricted hospitality areas where alcoholic beverages are served, unless otherwise permitted by venue management.
  • Children and guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

3. Curfew for Minors

  • Guests under the age of 21 are permitted on the event grounds only between 06:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
  • All guests under the age of 21 must leave the venue by 10:00 PM.
  • Venue management reserves the right to request proof of age and to deny access or require departure if age restrictions are not met.

4. Alcohol & Shisha Policy

  • Alcoholic beverages are available exclusively to guests aged 21 years and above.
  • Alcohol consumption is only permitted within designated licensed areas of the venue.
  • Shisha is available exclusively to guests aged 21 years and above.
  • Shisha is only permitted within designated Dining Experience and VIP Experience areas.
  • Valid government-issued identification may be requested at any time for the purchase or consumption of alcohol and/or shisha.

5. Cashless Venue

  • Emirates Our Home is a fully cashless venue.
  • Cash payments are not accepted anywhere within the event grounds.
  • All purchases, including tickets, food, beverages, merchandise and activities, must be completed using approved electronic payment methods.

6. Food & Beverage Policy

  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted within the venue.
  • Exceptions may be granted for baby food, infant formula or medical requirements at the discretion of venue management.

7. Safety & Security

  • All guests may be subject to security screening upon entry.
  • Dangerous items, illegal substances, weapons and any prohibited materials are strictly forbidden.
  • Venue management reserves the right to conduct bag checks and security inspections.
  • Guests must comply with all instructions issued by security personnel, venue staff and event management.

8. Photography & Media

  • By entering the venue, guests consent to being photographed, filmed or otherwise recorded for promotional, marketing and media purposes.
  • Emirates Our Home, its partners and authorised media representatives may use such content across marketing, advertising, social media and public relations channels without compensation.

9. Liability

  • Visitors attend the event at their own risk.
  • Emirates Our Home, its partners, contractors and venue operators shall not be liable for any loss, theft, injury, damage or personal property loss except where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.

10. Event Operations

  • Event schedules, match screenings, entertainment programmes, operating hours, ticket categories and venue layouts may be modified without prior notice.
  • Certain areas of the venue may be reserved, restricted or temporarily unavailable.
  • Admission does not guarantee access to any specific seating location unless explicitly stated in the purchased ticket category.

11. Right of Refusal

  • Emirates Our Home reserves the right to refuse admission, remove guests from the venue or revoke tickets without refund in cases of misconduct, intoxication, violation of these Terms & Conditions or behaviour that may endanger other guests, staff or property.

12. Amendments

  • Emirates Our Home reserves the right to amend, update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • The most current version shall be published on the official Emirates Our Home website and shall apply to all visitors.
